Purchasing Products from our Website
Products displayed on our site can be ordered securely through an encrypted secure server.
We accept payment via PayPal, Revolut, Debit/Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard and American express, payment can also be made in cash upon collection of your order from our store (137 Il-Lunzjata Street Hamrun during opening hours).
We do not accept cash payment on deliveries.
During checkout you have the option to choose how you wish to pay. Once payment has been made you will receive an email with confirmation of your order and payment transaction.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images and size of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or the lighting at the time of photographing will/has not affected the true colour of the product.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where it may be prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Miss Ellen’s vouchers can be used online and in store (137 Il-Lunzjata Street Hamrun) however, please note that they cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
If purchases do not meet the value of the voucher the balance will be left on it, the voucher expiry date will remain the same.
If our order is above the voucher value the remainder will need to be paid using one of the above-mentioned methods of payments.
Services and pricing
Our product prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service.
Orders will be packed and dispatched in approximately 1-3 working days.
Deliveries within Malta are done using our own delivery service.
If you wish to make any amendments to you order, please contact us directly.
International orders will be shipped using Malta Postal Service or Courier. We take no responsibility for any items which are lost during shipping. If you have concerns about standard postal service we suggest you opt for registered traceable postage.
International orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive but can take longer. For example, if going through customs, this time frame can be extended for up to 4-6 weeks.
If you have opted for tracked shipping your local postal services will also use the tracking number.
Incorrect /Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) in order for us to either replace or refund the item(s) in question.

If you are unhappy with the products you have received, we will offer you a full refund if items are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of loose candy sold by weight (due to hygiene reasons).

Our store is hosted by MaltaCode. The web server that hosts our site/store is a managed webserver in a datacenter in The Netherlands. Our site has an Commodo SSL Certificate installed that ensures a safe, encrypted connection for our visitors.
