Continuing to browse and use www.missellens.com.mt means you are agreeing to comply with and be bound but the terms and conditions of us, the terms are as follows. (At no point are your statutory rights affected).

Ordering Products

All items on the website can be ordered securely through a secure server, we will accept payment via Paypal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express, options will be made available to you at check out.
Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email on the email you provided at the point of check out.


We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, your order will be dispatched approximately between 1-5 working days.
Order are shipped via MaltaPost
Miss Ellen’s take no responsibility for any standard postal deliveries, if you have any concerns we suggest you opt for a registered traceable postage option.

International Order

Orders may be shipped anywhere in the world, but any Taxes or duty charges are the customers responsibility.
International orders once dispatched can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, customs clearance can increase this wait time.

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the occasion of delivery been unsuccessful and the postal service have returned your package to our warehouse. Redelivery of the returned order will only take place once payment for the return costs and new delivery costs have been settled.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Full Quality checks are carried out before any parcel leaves our warehouse, in the case of receiving damaged goods/incorrect items we requires you to contact us within 48hours of receipt of your package, detailing your order number and what damages/ incorrect items have arrived. We can be emailed on orders@missellens.com.mt. After 48 hours all items will fall into the 14-day returns policy.
